Founded by Mr. M.Reşit Göğüş in Istanbul in 1982 to trade luminaires, Pelsan then became manufacturer of luminaires and lighting components during the growth period. Thanks to the contribution of Turkish engineers and workers, Pelsan improves its production range and enjoys the pride of manufacturing according to EU norms.
